Creating Your Own Adobe Brush

Own Adobe Photoshop Brush? Nifty! :D Well, let me start with the basics; Open your Adobe Photoshop (any versions will do). New Canvass, a text or image you want, then some reading skills! alexify

1. Let’s say we have this canvass with a text in it (as shown on the image below).

*Mine is a 300×130 blank canvass with the text “ALEXIFY – www.alexify.com”

Now, we want to make this text a brush. How? Proceed to the next step :D

2. On the menu bar, click Select then Color Range.

Set the Fuziness into its maximum value (200), click OK.

Notice a change in the text inside the canvass; moving broken lines are now visible (as shown below).

3. On the menu bar, click Edit, click Define Brush Preset.

A new window appears and type-in your desired brush name.

The created brush will be added into the current set of brushes and is now ready to use :D
